The grand opening of Cold storages in Brestovik

The grand opening of the Cold storages Brestovik, on 29th April 2017, in Grocka, with more than 400 participants of the seminar.

Cold storages were opened with the welcome speeches from the mayor of Grocka, Dragoljub Simonovic, and the MP Prof. Dr. Miladin Sevarlic, the biggest expert for Agro-economic issues in the Region.

Lectures were given by:

  • dr Predrag Milovanović,
  • dr Jasminka Milivojević,
  • Tadeusz Kusibaba, the company Gospodarstwo Ogrodnicze, Poland, a leader in the production of seedlings of the blueberries in the EU with more than 3.5 million seedlings annually disbursed,
  • Rupert Matzer, the owner of Fruit Security GmbH, Austria, a leading manufacturer of anti-hail protection in the EU,
  • Fred Douvan, the owner of ABB Trading, The Netherlands, the company that is the largest trader of blueberries and asparagus in the EU.
